Our Daughter is selling her best roping and barrel horse Pop Checkers. Checkers has been a very big part of Clarises success while competing in High School Rodeo. We have never pushed him to his full running speeds.Checkers is 14 years old as of June 29th 2010. Checkers has been to Challenge of Champions three times, State three times and Nationals this year in Break-away roping. Checkers runs 17.4 just cruising with the right rider this horse will place you in the winners circle. Not only is Checkers an athlete, he has also competed in several Queen Contest and placing in the top every single time running the raining patterns. Checkers is for the advanced rider not small children to compete on. If you have watched checkers run you know that there is major speed in him, Checkers runs barrels and roping, he can even run poles with flying lead changes. Here is the All Around horse POPS CHECKER!! Registered AQHA we are his Third owner we bought him when he was 8 years old. Checkers carried Clarise all through her 8th grade to Senior year of high school taking her to Nationals. We have all medical records and CDs showing that Checkers is in excellent health. Pole Bending
Trip to Hollywood, "Holly" is a beautiful 11 year old registered breeding stock paint mare that runs barrels & poles. This mare has been used for CHSRA, Junior Rodeos & jackpots. Finished in top 10 last 2 years in district points for barrels & poles. Qualified for CHSRA State Finals in pole bending in 2010. This mare loves to run poles!! Runs poles one handed & can always get you a check! Also very easy to run in the barrels!! Holly will NOT go by a barrel even if you try & make her. She clips, trailers, ties, bathes, easy for the shoer, & has never been lame. Has been ridden on trails, in fields, hills & around cattle & buffalo. Talented Gelding currently showing training level eventing and schooling prelim. Has been to pony club show jumping rallies, and lots of events. He is perfect for a move up horse, or pony club mount.Has been schooled 4' and can go higher! He packs around at 3'. Reveille has been leased and shown at horse trials with Junior riders, and been trained professionally for five years.
