Description: If you're looking for a laid back easy going horse that you can do anything on, this is the one. He has excellent manners, hauls well, shoes, washes, stands tied for hours, you name it. I have primarily used him for a lesson horse for beginners. He is on the lazy side so I can trust him not to do anything too energetic with little kids. He is not hard to make go though, I just wear spurs. I have ridden him on trails, in parades, team sorting (he likes cattle), you can also use him for a pony horse. He is not fast enough for a barrel horse but he is one you could just go have fun on. I don't really want to winter him this year because I am not going to be giving lessons next year since I have 2 barrel horses I am currently starting and I need to concentrate on them. Description: Frosty is a very nice boy, I have breakawayed on him for 2 years now, he is pretty solid in that "sport" I have also been doing cowboy mounted shooting off him, and he is a dream to trail ride. I really enjoy riding him, which is why he is still here. I have not had the "extra" money to haul him to rodeos, so he needs barrior work... I took him to about 5 rodeos last year, and he did great (with all hte "problems" that arise at a rodeo) He never bobbled, just did his job. He is plenty big enough to hold a calf, or maybe a young person could head off him. He stands about 15.1 ish. He stands quite but ready in the box, and all my horses are trianed that when my hand drops so do they, he leaves the box real level and straight to the pin. He has a pretty nice stop on him, and has never been lame, other then an absess he has when i bought him a few years ago. He has a scare (dont they all) on his left hock... Last owner said there was a storm one night when he was 2 and he went through a fence. It has never bothered him. Last year we took him down to the chuck wagon races in Arkansas, he did great, not much seemed to bother him. I have too many horses right now so a couple need to go. Though i love riding this horse, hes mr. trusty can go jump on him any time and know hes not going to do anything, no buck nothing.
